Professionalism assesses a teacher's commitment to ethical practices, responsibility, and continuous improvement. This section includes questions on classroom management, ethical dilemmas, and maintaining a professional demeanor. 

Communication 

Effective communication is essential for successful teaching. This part of the test evaluates a teacher's ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, as well as their ability to listen and respond to students and colleagues. 

Digital Literacy

Mentoring

Emotional Competencies

SCORING

Teachers receive a grade from A+ to C- based on their performance in each area. The grading rubric is as follows:
